1. How long does it take to receive my order?
   
   Orders are usually shipped out from our warehouse the same day or next day at most you place the order. For orders within the U.S., it normally takes 3 to 5 days for shipping, and for international orders, it normally takes 4 to 7 days for shipping.
   
   
   
2. Do you ship internationally?
   
   Yes we do ship worldwide, including Canada and the United Kingdom. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California.
   
   
   
3. Do you donate the proceeds of bracelets such as the Breast Cancer Bracelets and the Livestrong Bracelets?
   
   A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Lance Armstrong Foundation for the Livestrong bracelets. For the breast cancer bracelets, we have recently made donations to the Susan G. Komen foundation, and we also give out donations for other types of Breast Cancer Foundations.
   
   
   
4. Do you create custom made bracelets with my own wordings on the bracelet?
   
   Definitely. For more information regarding this, please send an email to our custom bracelets department at custombracelets@gmail.com. Please keep in mind however that there is a minimum order of 500 pieces.
   
   
   
5. How much is shipping?
   
   Shipping costs will appear on the website as you check out through 2checkout, which handles all our transactions.
   
   
   
6. What happens if the bracelet I receive was not what I expected it to be?
   
   No problem! We offer a 100% money back guarantee. All you have to do is return the bracelets back to us and when we receive it, we will immediately refund your account. Of course, send us an email stating your order number, and also attach a copy of your receipt in the package (receipt will be sent to you via email when you place the order).
